For some people, holidays are depressing and lonely and can bring up negative feelings. Some tips on how to battle these deenergizing feelings include taking the focus off yourself and putting it onto others. Invite another person who might be feeling lonely to spend time with you. Or find a service activity to participate in like working at a soup kitchen or bringing toys to underprivileged children. Not only will you find yourself not alone at the holidays, but you will find that your presence will bring joy to the world around you. Loneliness Begone!
