Tips for going from Christmas Chaos to Christmas Comfort-Here are 2 tips to keep your stress down during holidays conversations with your family.

-Create a short mantra of 2-3 words that can instantly bring you to a place of happiness and peace

Example Peppermint Snow Day, these words can help you re-center when you start to feel stressed or when your buttons are pushed.  You can use any words that hold special meaning for you personally.

-Change the subject if a conversation is starting to boil your blood, try asking a question to someone who is usually more quiet than the rest of the family.   This can take the focus off you but also give them an opportunity to share.
